Returns are accepted for unused and unopened items only. Please make sure to pack all items carefully to avoid damage in transit. A credit will be applied to the original payment method for items shipped back in the same condition received only.
If you received your package damaged, we may require images of all damaged items. Do not discard the shipping box or the items.

We will provide a full refund, minus shipping, on any returned products, whether used or unused, postmarked within 30 days of the initial delivery date and accompanied by a Product Return Number (PRN). To receive the PRN number and process a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your confirmation number as well as reason for return. After receiving your request, we will respond with return instructions and an issued PRN. We will NOT refund any orders without a PRN number. Any returned products without a PRN number will be discarded and do not qualify for refund.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. In order to qualify for a refund, all product containers must be returned. For your protection, it is recommended that you use a recorded- delivery service when shipping merchandise. Purchases made via credit card will be refunded to the card used. If this credit card has been canceled or if the card has expired since purchase, we are forced to refuse a refund. We do not accept any responsibility for any charges incurred by your banking institution. We have a policy that no reorders or wholesale orders qualify for refund. If one household is to order multiple orders for the same item(s), only the first order may qualify for refund so long as it is within the 30 day time frame. The start of the 30 day time frame begins upon delivery date recorded by the courier. There will be absolutely no exceptions unless otherwise stated by a Hygea Natural representative.
*Used- amount used is less than 50% of one bottle. If you purchased a pack that includes more than 1 item, 1 item may be used up to 50% and the remaining bottles should be sealed in order to qualify for a return.
10-YEAR LUXURIOUS MATTRESS WARRANTY
The Luxurious mattress protector will be replaced, without cost to you, if it is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, for ten (10) years from date of purchase, subject to the limitations described in this warranty.
This warranty does not cover or apply to:
- Normal wear and tear, normal everyday soiling
- Protectors that are abused or not handled per cleaning instructions as indicated on the label
- Stains caused by grease, inks, cosmetics, bleach, alcohol, dyes, solvents
- Protectors that were installed on a mattress greater than 15 inches in depth
If you have a warranty question, please call 315-660-3500. Do not return your mattress protector to the place of purchase. To process your claim, you must:
- Confirm that proper laundering and care instructions have been followed.
- Machine-wash and dry the mattress protector immediately after any spillage incident, optimally while fluid is still wet.
- Register a claim within 7 days of an incident by calling 315-660-3500 or emailing email@example.com.
- Return the product for inspection and validation or supply images as instructed/requested at the time. Shipping and handling fees are your responsibility.
- Provide the original purchase receipt or order information for your protector.
